Meditation
We
offer group guided meditations and training for individual
meditation. Guided meditation and visualizations can enhance
performance on tests and sports activities. It can also be useful
in changing habits and reducing the use of unwanted substances.
Meditation should never be considered an alternative to treatment for a
medical condition, but it can provide benefits to people who have
anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping, pain, high blood pressure,
and seizures.
Energy work
We
offer a wide array of energy work including reiki sessions. Reiki
training is offered by Reverend Maggie Batt from Wheels of Light.
Even if you are not planning on becoming a reiki practitioner as a
living, this wonderful training will allow you to develop your own
sense of self-healing and will open you up to improved openness to
energy work. Reiki I starts at only $100 for a half a day of
training.
Biomat relaxation
This
is an exciting new form of relaxation and is very economical at $10 for
an hour session. You will lie down on an amethyst mini-biomat
which will provide you with a relaxing infrared experience with
alkalinizing negative ions while listening to one of our meditation
CD’s from our meditation library or one of your own. The biomat
is also different from other heating pads in that it uses tourmaline
which provides deep heat penetration. Anyone who has had recent
eye surgery or a history of heart problems should consult with their
physician prior to utilizing a biomat.
Performance Planning
Sometimes
we need an extra hand in figuring out strategies for enhancing our
performance, either technically, physically, emotionally or
spiritually. These services are offered at $200 an hour.
Yoga – Individual and Group
Yoga
has been a centering practice for thousands of years.
Participants of yoga often report improved mood, decreased worries,
enhanced libido, increased spirituality, and improved physical strength
and flexibility. Classes and individual session prices are
determined by the practitioner. Yoga is currently offered by
Reverend Maggie Batt from Wheels of Light.
Bioidentical Hormones
More
and more men and women are choosing to use bioidentical hormones.
We are able to offer bioidentical hormone consulting from outside
practitioners at the rate of $200 per hour.
Massage Therapy (License #MM23160)
Who doesn’t feel better after a massage? Rates depend upon the practitioner.
Healthy Lifestyle and Weight Coaching
The
best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight is through
sufficient exercise and healthy eating. Atkin’s diets, calorie
restricting and over-exercising can be detrimental to one’s overall
health. We encourage high fiber diets and healthy amounts of
exercise. If someone does need a boost, though, we do offer the
Ideal Protein diet and Isagenix.
Nutrient Testing and Supplementation
We
offer a fine array of nutritional supplements to enhance your
lifestyle. We have high quality, potent supplements and you will
want to be sure to discuss the use of them with your primary care
provider. If you want to know if you have enough of the nutrients
you need, you can have a comprehensive blood test that will show
you. Nutrient testing price is determined by the amount that you
would like to test. A comprehensive test may be as low as
$149. Consultation fees of $200 per hour apply to nutrient
testing. If blood is drawn at our facility, there will be an
additional fee of approximately $50. Supplements may be purchased
without nutrient testing as well.
Probiotics
We
offer probiotics for children and adults. Please be aware that
when you first start a probiotic, you may experience tummy
discomfort.
Vein Support
We offer a wonderful product called Vessacreme for vein support. It works in about six weeks.
Gut Health
If our gut is not happy, we are not happy! We offer an array of supplements to support gut health.
Aromatherapy
Wheels of Light offers a wide array of scents to help support health and relaxation.
Beautiful,

People
often say that acupuncture makes you feel like you have meditated
without having to actually meditate. This modality has been used
to promote health for thousands of years. This service is
currently provided by Jamie Miles.
Professional Development
The
Achievement and Relaxation Center understands that in these hard
economic times it is hard to know what to do with one’s time.
Opportunities are hard to come by and sometimes doing something is
better than doing nothing. Multi-level marketing often has a bad
connotation, and we never push anyone into becoming a multi-level
marketer. However, some people do manage to make a living with
these types of companies. We do not offer any quick success
stories, only a belief that these are quality products and worth our
time to offer to you because we believe in the benefits that these
products can provide. We make no claims in the financial
viability of the companies or your ability to establish financial gains
with these products. We just really like them, and they may be of

The
Achievement and Relaxation Center offers rejuvenative services
personalized for you at our beautiful center or offsite for your
convenience. It is a center for a wide variety of practitioners
some who are a part of the center and others who are separate
practicing entities and simply rent space at the center. This
allows greater freedom of expression and a wider breadth of
services. If you are interested in offering your services at the

room and yoga room available for rental by the hour, day or month.
